Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for long periods
- capable of frequent reaching above and below waist level
- manual dexterity for handling and gripping tasks
- physical capability to lift and carry supplies weighing between 5 and 30 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including cold and heat
- adherence to all health and safety regulations
- willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Provide warm and prompt greeting within five seconds at the front counter and drive-thru
- deliver consistent and outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge
- follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure product freshness and accuracy
- prepare products and ensure order accuracy by following operation standards and checking orders carefully
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of front counter and drive-thru areas
- regularly take and record product temperatures in the Time and Temperature Log
- execute service recovery promptly by addressing guest concerns professionally
- adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and sanitation guidelines
- work in compliance with health and safety legislation and utilize personal protective equipment as required
- report any injuries, unsafe conditions, or incidents to management
- stand continuously on tiled floors and perform physical tasks involving reaching, lifting, and manual dexterity as needed
