Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • enrollment in high school
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferable
  • reliable transportation to work
  • willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend and stoop
  • able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • able to work around heat
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • able to handle cleaning products safely

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school
  • high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
  • must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • must have reliable transportation to work
  • must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to work productively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures
  • takes the appropriate action to ensure all Guests receive 'SUPERSTAR Service'
  • works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • cleans and stocks the station area(s)
  • performs other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensures that all Guests receive hot, quality products
  • prepares, packages and delivers all products according to Menu Standards
  • handles all food products according to company procedures
  • follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
  • properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
  • demonstrates oral communication skills
  • communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external)
  • performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
