Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- ability to work at least one shift between monday-thursday and two shifts between friday-sunday
- willing to perform physically demanding activities
- availability to work weekends and evenings
- able to interact positively with children and families
- possess basic cash handling skills
- commit to maintaining a safe and friendly environment
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work varied shifts including weekdays and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical capability to perform demanding tasks
Job Duties
- monitor court activities to ensure safety and rules compliance
- greet and assist guests at the front desk
- host and manage birthday parties and special events
- operate the café by preparing and serving food and beverages
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park
- assist with general customer service inquiries and support
