Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment
  • Ability to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service
  • Must meet and maintain all eligibility requirements
  • Ability to handle potential allergens
  • Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment
  • Able to stand or walk at least 3 hours or as needed
  • Able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • Work multiple stations including load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager
  • Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
  • Restock food line, chips and cooler
  • Prepare quality finished products such as sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream efficiently
  • Use the automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
  • Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils
  • Take out trash
  • Operate cash register, handle and balance cash following all procedures
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and issues
  • Take delivery, catering, or pickup orders over the phone
  • Perform other duties as assigned
