Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment
- Ability to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service
- Must meet and maintain all eligibility requirements
- Ability to handle potential allergens
- Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment
- Able to stand or walk at least 3 hours or as needed
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

- Able to manage potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish

Job Duties
- Work multiple stations including load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
- Restock food line, chips and cooler
- Prepare quality finished products such as sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream efficiently
- Use the automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
- Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils
- Take out trash
- Operate cash register, handle and balance cash following all procedures
- Effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- Take delivery, catering, or pickup orders over the phone
- Perform other duties as assigned
