Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
  • Must be able to stand for 4 to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to see, hear, speak, reach, bend, and move intermittently during shifts
  • Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic cash handling capability
  • Must adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
  • Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard procedures
  • Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
  • Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
  • Think proactively about team and guest needs
  • Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
  • Take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
  • Bring core values to life: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
