Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Must be able to stand for 4 to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to see, hear, speak, reach, bend, and move intermittently during shifts
- Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic cash handling capability
- Must adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
- Think proactively about team and guest needs
- Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- Take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
