Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
  • Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
  • Float between barista and guest service and fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
  • Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • Anticipate future team and guest needs
  • Differentiate between problems that can be solved and when to seek leader support
  • Follow direction from leaders while managing multiple priorities
  • Embody company core values including support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, and serve with love
