Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- must be able to work at least one shift between Monday and Thursday
- must be able to work two shifts between Friday and Sunday
- must be able to perform physical tasks required by the job
- legal eligibility to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- monitor courts to ensure safety and compliance with park rules
- manage front desk responsibilities including guest check-in and information assistance
- host parties and events to enhance guest experiences
- operate the café, including handling food and beverage sales
- perform cash handling and transaction processing accurately
- engage with guests to provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
