Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow cash handling policies and procedures
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- willingness to provide excellent guest service
- ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- float between barista and guest service roles and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards of the store
- actively anticipate future team and guest needs
- differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and those requiring leader support
- take direction willingly from leaders while managing multiple priorities
