Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to follow cash handling policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • practice active listening and connection
  • anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
  • hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
  • float between barista and guest service roles and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
  • take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards of the store
  • actively anticipate future team and guest needs
  • differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and those requiring leader support
  • take direction willingly from leaders while managing multiple priorities
