Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for 4 to 10 hours per shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
- Must possess or obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Willingness to work in various kitchen temperatures
- Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation duties
- Excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with orders
- Suggest additional menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare and assemble food items following standardized recipes
- Chop, slice, and dice ingredients ensuring high quality
- Grill, wok, or cook menu items according to recipes
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and health regulations
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
- Maintain the cash register and reconcile cash drawers
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
