  • Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
  • Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
  • Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
  • Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • Actively think and act upon future team and guest needs
  • Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and those requiring leader support
  • Respond willingly to direction from leaders
  • Embody core values: Support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
