- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Actively think and act upon future team and guest needs
- Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and those requiring leader support
- Respond willingly to direction from leaders
- Embody core values: Support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
- Bring joy to interactions and help team members and guests
