Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds with assistance if more
  • Read and visually verify information in various formats
  • Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects
  • Ability to move quickly turning left or right
  • Flexibility in wrist to scoop, twist, push, pull, lift, and bend
  • Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold
  • Reach overhead and below the knees
  • Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures from 40 F to -10 F

  • Execute quality store operations
  • Clean equipment, small wares, and merchandise as necessary
  • Operate food preparation machinery
  • Stock all supplies
  • Respond to directions accurately and timely
  • Adhere to all food safety and security guidelines
  • Master each station within store
  • Complete company trainings
  • Provide a healthy, consistent product
  • Make and serve all products to specifications
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Execute proper portion control
  • Operate POS and/or cash register
  • Understand all health regulations and guidelines
