Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service is preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- basic math skills
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- prepare and serve fast-service foods
- handle customer requests as cashier or order taker
- monitor holding times of cooked and prepared foods
- maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen
- wash trays, pans, racks, and other kitchen equipment
- wash walls, tables, seating, mop floors, clean restrooms, pick up trash in parking lot
- dismantle and sanitize cooking equipment as a closer
- clean hood filters, empty fry vats, scrub and degrease floors
