Job Requirements
- reliable transportation to and from the park
- ability to work at least one shift between monday-thursday and two shifts between friday-sunday
- willingness to perform duties involving physical activity
- basic cash handling skills
- age requirement as per local labor laws
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform job duties involving movement and active participation
Job Duties
- monitor courts for safety and adherence to rules
- manage front desk operations including guest check-ins and inquiries
- host children’s parties with enthusiasm and professionalism
- operate café service including food and beverage preparation and customer service
- handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and courteously
