Job Requirements
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and cash handling policies
- Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively
- Physical ability to meet job demands with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Qualifications

- Preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, anticipating guest needs, and making knowledgeable recommendations
- Hand-craft beverages according to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings per standards
- Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and store organization
- Bring Core Values to life by supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
- Relish the opportunity to interact with others and be helpful
