Job Requirements
- ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- ability to reach and move items from six feet to six inches off the ground
- ability to control and use equipment safely and correctly
- must be 18 years or over to operate certain equipment and perform certain tasks
- ability to apply pressure to cut and clean products
- ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory
- ability to communicate by reading, speaking, hearing and writing
- ability to understand directions, instructions and product specifications
- ability to process and complete customer orders

Job Duties
- receive direction from restaurant management team to perform job effectively
- practice established procedures and use proper tools for taking and preparing customer orders
- lift and move food items and supplies up to 55 pounds
- operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly including sheeter machine, vertical cutting mixer, sauce ladle, and pizza cutter
- communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- follow directions, instructions, and product specifications accurately
- process and complete customer orders efficiently
