Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- ability to reach and move items from heights of six feet to six inches off the ground
- ability to safely and correctly use kitchen equipment including sheeter machine and vertical cutting mixer (must be 18 years or over)
- ability to perform the "Shakerboard" role by working outside with a sign (must be 18 years or over)
- ability to apply pressure to cut and clean products
- ability to count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory items
- ability to communicate effectively including reading, speaking, hearing, and writing
- ability to understand instructions and product specifications
- ability to process and complete customer orders

Job Duties
- Take and process customer orders
- prepare pizza and other menu items according to established procedures
- operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly including sheeter machine and vertical cutting mixer
- communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- assist in inventory counting and food product handling
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
