Job Requirements
- Regular and consistent attendance

Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- If assigned to alcohol service duties completion of legally required state or local alcohol training and certification
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training via online university
- Good public speaking skills and ability to listen effectively
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Demonstrated reasoning skills to identify and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills with customers coworkers and management
- Ability to establish goals budget time and set priorities as needed
- Ability to perform duties satisfactorily as demonstrated during training and evaluations
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including accurate handling of cash drawer credit cards travelers' checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences such as 3D RPX and IMAX
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold according to MPAA rating system and company policies
- Responding to guest inquiries and phone calls politely and effectively
- Complying with all local state and federal food safety laws
- Cleaning and maintaining auditoriums restrooms lobby hallways and other theater areas
- Enforcing MPAA rating system and assisting with crowd control and seating
- Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable
- Reporting problems discrepancies or unusual situations to management
- Performing opening and closing duties as assigned
- Handling emergency situations when called upon
- Maintaining accuracy of concession stock inventory
- Operating preparing and cleaning concession related equipment
- Abiding by federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- Ensuring alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
- Completing training materials on topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination
- Supporting in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed
- Maintaining compliance with company dress code and attendance policies
