Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- previous guest service or food service experience is a plus but not necessary

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner
- take orders accurately at the counter
- process payments
- hand food correctly and promptly
- prepare food items such as peeling/dicing potatoes, slicing tomatoes, leafing lettuce
- assemble and hand out orders that meet quality standards
- maintain a safe, clean and sparkling work environment and guest areas including cleaning workstations, floors, fryers, dining room, patio/parking lot, windows
- operate restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, slicers, dicers, computer terminals safely and according to standards
- work as a team by assisting coworkers, communicating proactively, following directions from supervisors, accepting constructive feedback
- adapt to changing workloads and tasks by moving between work areas and shifting priorities
- ensure punctuality, attendance and availability for scheduled shifts
- continue learning and growing with training for additional responsibilities and advancement
