Job Duties
- Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction
- escalate any concerns or recommendations to the general manager
- identify and respond to guests’ needs
- complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions
- adhere to policy and procedures to maximize guest and employee satisfaction
- help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and guests
