Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from six feet high to six inches off the ground
- Ability to safely and correctly use kitchen equipment including sheeter machine, vertical cutting mixer (must be 18 years or over), sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan grippers, spatula, pizza and dough cutter, knives, can opener, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, cash register
- Ability to work outdoors holding a sign (Shakerboard, must be 18 years or over)
- Ability to apply pressure to cut and clean products
- Ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory
- Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers including reading, speaking, hearing, writing
- Ability to understand directions, instructions, and product specifications
- Ability to process and complete customer orders

- Use proper tools for taking and preparing customer orders
- Lift and move items up to 55 pounds
- Reach and move items from six feet high to six inches off the ground
