Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- ability to work at least one shift between monday and thursday
- ability to work two shifts between friday and sunday
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- physically capable of performing job duties
- legal authorization to work
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- monitor court activities and enforce park rules
- greet and assist guests at the front desk
- manage party hosting responsibilities including setup and guest engagement
- operate cafe equipment and handle food service
- process cash and credit transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the park
- support team members in various operational tasks as needed
