Job Requirements
- Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate
- Position requires well-paced mobility for periods minimum of four hours
- Requires standing and walking for the entire workday
- Must be able to bend and stoop occasionally
- Must be capable of strenuous lifting and carrying for short periods during deliveries
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service and/or cash handling experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- Proficient in speaking, reading, writing and understanding the primary language
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Capable of following food safety procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Provide quick and efficient service to customers
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
- Accurately record customer orders on POS and compute bills
- Check orders for completeness and accuracy
- Inform kitchen staff of shortages or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness by taking out trash and sweeping exterior lot
- Ensure accurate accounting of transactions and manage cash drawer
- Review information on price changes or menu specials
- Collect payments and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, registers, counters, and display refrigerators
- Display food attractively and ensure proper hot or cold conditions
- Clean workstation before leaving area
- Relay customer feedback to supervisor
- Prepare dough according to guidelines
- Comply with portioning, quality, and safety standards
- Assemble products and perform quality checks
- Monitor oven settings and verify orders
- Prepare and assemble menu items following portion specifications
- Monitor food production safety and sanitation
- Manage inventory levels and replenish supplies
- Use fryer and sauce and package wings as per standards
- Receive and store food and supplies using proper procedures
- Check incoming items for count and quality
- Maintain storage areas and inventory records
- Ensure safety of storage areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Act safely and prioritize staff safety
