Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Basic knife skills are a plus
- Desire to delight customers with great food and good vibes
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
- Ability to operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle higher noise levels from music and customer traffic
- Ability to manage allergens
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Illinois employees must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment

- Ability to manage potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
- Able to stand/walk a minimum of 3 hours or as needed

- For Illinois applicants, commitment to obtain food safety certification within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
- Restock food line, chips and cooler
- Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.) efficiently
- If 18 or older, use of the automatic slicer to prep food items
- Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils
- take out trash
- Operate cash register: handle, balance and follow all cash handling procedures
- Effectively handle customer complaints/issues
- Takes delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone
- Other duties as assigned
