Job Requirements
- Must obtain a tuberculosis clearance certificate

Job Duties
- Provide quick and efficient service to customers
- greet customers and take food and beverage orders
- accurately record customer orders on POS system and compute bills
- check orders for accuracy and completeness
- inform kitchen staff of shortages or special requests
- maintain cleanliness by taking out trash and sweeping exterior lot
- ensure accurate accounting of transactions during work shift
- receive and verify cash drawer at beginning of shift
- review information regarding price changes or menu specials
- follow all cash handling policies
- collect payments and provide receipts
- count money and charge payments in cash drawer at end of shift
- reconcile cash receipts with total sales
- maintain cleanliness of lobby and register areas, stock counters and display refrigerators
- check and display food attractively under appropriate conditions
- clean workstation before leaving
- relay customer comments to supervisor
- prepare dough as prescribed by manager
- comply with portioning, quality, and safety standards
- prep food items
- use proper equipment and utensils
- check workstations for necessary materials
- assemble products and perform quality checks
- monitor oven settings
- verify orders
- communicate with kitchen and staff for quality control
- prepare and assemble products according to portion specifications
- set up worktables and ensure proper stock levels
- monitor food production areas for safety and sanitation
- manage production cycles and inventory
- monitor preparation times and coordinate specials
- perform dishwashing as necessary
- communicate clearly with food production personnel
- sanitize workstations during and after meal periods
- oversee close-down duties
- maintain flyer standards

- sauce and package wings
- prep and stock Wing Street areas
- receive and store food and supplies following procedures
- check incoming items for quality
- ensure proper storage temperatures
- maintain inventory records
- keep storage areas neat and orderly
- ensure inventory dating and FIFO compliance
- maintain safety in storage areas
- perform other duties as assigned
- prioritize safety and act in a safe manner
