Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours

Job Duties
- Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practices active listening and connection
- Anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Creates day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
- Floats between barista and guest service and fulfills all team member roles and responsibilities
- Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Thinks and acts proactively about team and guest needs
- Differentiates between problems that can be solved independently and those requiring leader support
- Takes direction from leaders while managing multiple priorities
