Job Requirements
- reliable transportation to and from the park
- availability to work at least one shift Monday-Thursday
- availability to work two shifts Friday-Sunday
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle money responsibly
Job Qualifications
- high energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred
- cash handling experience
- ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a dynamic, physical environment
Job Duties
- monitor courts for safety and guest compliance
- manage front desk operations including guest check-ins and inquiries
- host parties ensuring guest satisfaction and proper coordination
- operate café services including food preparation and customer service
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- support team members during peak times
