- previous experience in food service preferred but not required
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fast-service foods
- handle customer requests as cashier or order taker
- monitor holding times of cooked and prepared foods
- maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen
- wash trays, pans, racks, and other kitchen equipment
- clean walls, tables, seating, mop floors, clean restrooms, pick up trash in parking lot, conduct housekeeping duties
- dismantle, sanitize, and clean cooking equipment (closer duties)
- remove and clean hood filters using a stepladder (closer duties)
- empty fry vats and scrub and degrease floors (closer duties)
