Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- up to one-month related experience or training
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- knowledge of order processing systems
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, sit occasionally, climb or balance
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- adherence to safety procedures
- ability to follow instructions and management direction
- punctuality and dependability

Job Duties
- Request customer order and use POS machine to record order and compute bill simultaneously either at front counter or drive-through location
- select requested food items from serving or storage areas and assemble items on serving tray or in takeout bag
- notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders
- serve hot or cold food, hot or cold beverages, frozen milk drinks, or desserts
- receive payment
- cook or perform other duties to prepare food, serve customers, or maintain orderly and clean eating or serving areas
- demonstrate a friendly and cooperative manner when dealing with every customer
