Job Requirements

  • at least 16 years of age
  • ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
  • able to bend and reach
  • able to see, hear, and speak

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • practice active listening and connection
  • anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
  • hand-craft beverages to order per caribou standard operating procedures
  • heat, prepare, and serve caribou food offerings to caribou standard operating procedures
  • float between barista and guest service and willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
  • take guest orders and manage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
  • maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
  • actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
  • differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
  • understand that the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
  • bring the core values to life in all that you do including support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
