Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to stand and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- able to bend and reach

- must be at least 16 years of age
- restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
Job Duties
- provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- hand-craft beverages to order per caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve caribou food offerings to caribou standard operating procedures
- float between barista and guest service and willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
- actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
- differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- understand that the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
