Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- manual dexterity of both hands
- ability to reach above waist, chest, and shoulder levels frequently

- ability to handle physical demands such as lifting boxes of supplies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset
- basic computer skills including point-of-sale systems
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is beneficial
- ability to follow policies and procedures consistently
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Demonstrates that customer service is the number one priority
- makes a positive first impression by smiling, making eye contact, and saying thank you
- responds to customers in a friendly manner with urgency
- suggests products, combos, or sizes appropriately
- resolves customer concerns and complaints in a friendly manner
- keeps the front counter and drive-thru area clean, organized, stocked, and ready for rush periods
- follows proper order taking and cash procedures using in-house POS system
- follows all store policies and procedures including cash handling, handwashing, and break policies
- reports all accidents, unsafe conditions, and security incidents to management
- maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- prepares food items following Tim Hortons standards and monitors order accuracy
- minimizes food waste and records production data
- receives deliveries and verifies product quality
- supports a clean dining and baking environment through regular clean up
- regularly takes temperatures of products and equipment and records in logs
- follows hand washing and sanitation guidelines
- works effectively with team members to provide excellent service
- maintains positive behaviors and helps create a harassment-free workplace
- completes AF TIMS-i training program
- meets shift speed of service targets
- balances cash tills for shifts
- responds positively to special tasks and assignments
