- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles, fulfilling all team member duties
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Think and act proactively about team and guest needs
- Differentiate between problems to solve independently and when to ask for leader support
- Follow direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
- Bring core values to life: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
