Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of 3 hours or as needed
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to handle potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
- Strong communication skills
- Food safety certification required for Illinois employees within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work in a noisy environment with music, customer and employee traffic
- Friendly and customer-focused demeanor

Job Duties
- Work multiple stations as directed by a shift leader or manager
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
- Restock food line, chips and cooler
- Prepare quality finished products efficiently including sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies and ice cream
- Use the automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
- Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils
- Operate cash register and follow all cash handling procedures
- Effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- Take delivery, catering and pickup orders over the phone
- Perform other duties as assigned
