Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • ability to delight customers with great food and good vibes
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • physical ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
  • ability to handle and manage potential allergens
  • ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
  • obtain Illinois food safety certification if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • ability to handle fast-paced environments

  • ability to manage allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
  • able to stand or walk a minimum of 3 hours
  • able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • food safety certification required in Illinois within 30 days of employment

Job Duties

  • Work multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager
  • comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
  • restock food line, chips and cooler
  • prepare quality finished products efficiently
  • use of the automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
  • clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils
  • operate cash register and handle cash according to procedures
  • effectively handle customer complaints and issues
  • take delivery, catering, and pickup orders over the phone
  • perform other duties as assigned
