Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to delight customers with great food and good vibes
- ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- ability to handle and manage potential allergens
- ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- obtain Illinois food safety certification if applicable

- ability to manage allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
- able to stand or walk a minimum of 3 hours
- able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- food safety certification required in Illinois within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- Work multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager
- comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
- restock food line, chips and cooler
- prepare quality finished products efficiently
- use of the automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
- clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils
- operate cash register and handle cash according to procedures
- effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- take delivery, catering, and pickup orders over the phone
- perform other duties as assigned
