Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service and or cash handling experience preferred but not necessary
- Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the work shift
- Ability to bend and stoop occasionally
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs during work activities
- Adherence to all food safety and cash handling policies
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members

Job Duties
- Provide quick and efficient service to customers
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
- Accurately record orders on POS system and compute bills
- Check orders for completeness and accuracy
- Inform kitchen staff of shortages or special requests
- Take out trash and keep exterior lot clean
- Ensure accurate accounting of transactions and cash handling
- Receive and verify cash drawer at shift start
- Review price changes and menu specials
- Collect cash or charge payments and provide receipts
- Count money and reconcile cash receipts at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, register areas, and food displays
- Ensure attractive presentation and proper temperature of displayed food
- Clean workstations thoroughly
- Relay customer comments to supervisor
- Prepare dough as prescribed by management
- Comply with portioning, quality, and safety standards
- Prep assigned food items
- Use appropriate equipment for food preparation
- Check workstation supplies and maintain product assembly quality
- Monitor oven settings and verify order accuracy
- Communicate with team for quality control
- Prepare and assemble products per order specifications
- Set up and stock work areas
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices
- Manage production cycles and inventory levels
- Coordinate specials and missing items for quick service
- Perform dishwashing as needed
- Communicate effectively with food production staff
- Clean and sanitize workstations during and after meal periods
- Oversee kitchen staff close-down duties
- Set up flyer displays as per standards
- Utilize fryer and package wings per standards
- Receive and store all incoming food and supplies
- Check deliveries for count, quality, and specifications
- Maintain proper storage temperatures
- Keep inventory records compliant
- Organize storage areas and maintain safety
- Ensure FIFO compliance for inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prioritize safety and adhere to safe work practices
