Job Requirements
- completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- legally required state or local alcohol serving training and current certification if applicable
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- numerical calculation ability
- problem-solving skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear
- occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- good vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- completion of legally required alcohol serving training and certification if applicable
- good public speaking skills

- excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management
- ability to set goals, budget time and prioritize tasks
Job Duties
- regular and consistent attendance
- handling of emergency situations when called upon
- general cleaning duties
- compliance with company dress code
- operating POS system and handling cash drawer accuracy
- up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
- promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA rating system and company policy
- responding to guest phone calls and inquiries
- proper handling of concession inventory and equipment
- complying with food safety laws
- serving alcohol in compliance with legal age and certification
- reading and understanding training materials
- ticket tearing and stub collection
- directing patrons to auditoriums
- managing crowd control
- enforcement of MPAA rating system
- monitoring picture, sound quality and theater safety
- reporting issues to management
- performing in-auditorium concession sales
- cleaning auditoriums and public areas
- assisting with opening and closing duties
