Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic cash handling skills
- ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to follow food safety guidelines and protocols
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and time management skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fast-service foods
- handle customer requests as cashier or order taker
- monitor holding times of cooked and prepared foods
- maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen
- wash trays, pans, racks and other kitchen equipment by hand
- clean walls, tables, seating, mop floors, clean restrooms, pick up trash in parking lot
- dismantle cooking equipment, sanitize and clean equipment
- remove and clean hood filters
- empty fry vats of hot oil to filter or dispose
- scrub and degrease floors
