Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for periods of four to ten hours in length each shift
- ability to reach bend balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- ability to wash dishes sweep mop floors clean and maintain equipment sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- must possess a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- ability to communicate in Spanish and English is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- strong interpersonal skills and a friendly customer-focused attitude
- basic math skills for cash handling
- willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly assist with orders provide recommendations suggest additional menu items
- chop slice and dice ingredients ensuring high quality prepare and assemble food following standardized recipes grill wok or prepare various menu items according to established recipes ensure prompt quality preparation and presentation of orders
- adhere to food safety guidelines and health regulations perform routine cleaning tasks report safety concerns
- accurately handle cash and electronic payments maintain the cash register reconcile cash drawers
- communicate effectively with staff to ensure smooth operations and a quality guest experience
- maintain a clean organized work area regularly cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils
