Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Ability to use a computer and calculator
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to accomplish all restaurant tasks
Job Duties
- Ensure a positive guest experience by providing fast, efficient service in a friendly manner
- Provide a product of superior quality prepared according to company specifications
- Maintain established speed of service standards
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests
- Verify the accuracy of guests' orders
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Handle cash according to company policy if required
- Train and be proficient in required team member positions
- Restock stations and assist with business or meal preparations
- Unload and stock inventory items as needed
- Operate fryers, tomato and onion slicers
- Use knives and other sharp utensils
- Support service by working various positions including front counter, drive-thru, food production, and dishwashing
- Follow training program policies and procedures
- Make guests feel special
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
