Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow detailed food preparation and sanitation procedures

- Capacity to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve quality fast-service foods at various stations such as broiler, sandwich prep board, fry station, specialty sandwich board, and expeditor
- Transport hamburger and whopper patties and buns from storage to broiler
- Apply condiments, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions according to order
- Prepare and fry foods including french fries, onion rings, hash browns, and chicken tenders
- Wrap and label sandwiches and other prepared foods
- Monitor holding time of cooked and prepared foods and discard when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen including washing, breaking down, and sanitizing equipment
- Turn off and dismantle cooking equipment when closing
- Clean kitchen hoods, ventilators, and floors
- Filter and discard frying oil at designated intervals
