Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to travel to assigned restaurant location
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food handler certification may be required
- ability to stand and walk for 95-100 percent of the shift
- ability to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
- general knowledge of computers and POS systems desired
- ability to perform basic business math skills
- cash handling skills desired
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
- ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- ability to read, write and speak English effectively
Job Duties
- deliver effective results in quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
- exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner
- demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them accurately to guests
- use Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders, compute amounts and collect payment
- adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
- follow all company operation policies and procedures
- make recommendations to improve restaurant operations
- maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- clean and maintain all restaurant areas to promote a clean image
