Job Requirements

must be at least 16 years of age
ability to travel to assigned restaurant location
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
food handler certification may be required
ability to stand and walk for 95-100 percent of the shift
ability to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
general knowledge of computers and POS systems desired
ability to perform basic business math skills
cash handling skills desired
excellent organizational skills
ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
ability to read, write and speak English effectively

Job Duties

deliver effective results in quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner
demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them accurately to guests
use Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders, compute amounts and collect payment
adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
follow all company operation policies and procedures
make recommendations to improve restaurant operations
maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
clean and maintain all restaurant areas to promote a clean image
