Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • ability to travel to assigned restaurant location
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • food handler certification may be required
  • ability to stand and walk for 95-100 percent of the shift
  • ability to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
  • general knowledge of computers and POS systems desired
  • ability to perform basic business math skills
  • cash handling skills desired
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
  • ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • ability to read, write and speak English effectively

Job Duties

  • deliver effective results in quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
  • exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner
  • demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them accurately to guests
  • use Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders, compute amounts and collect payment
  • adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
  • follow all company operation policies and procedures
  • make recommendations to improve restaurant operations
  • maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • clean and maintain all restaurant areas to promote a clean image
