Job Requirements

Enrollment in high school
must be minimum 16 years of age
reliable transportation to work
able and willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts
ability to stand for long periods
ability to bend and stoop
ability to work around heat
able to lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
able to work with various cleaning products

Job Duties

Follows all company guest service guidelines and procedures
takes appropriate action to ensure all guests receive SUPERSTAR Service
works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
cleans and stocks station area(s)
performs other cleaning duties as assigned
ensures all guests receive hot, quality products
prepares, packages and delivers all products according to menu standards
handles all food products according to company procedures
follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
demonstrates oral communication skills
communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external)
performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned
