Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- basic cash handling skills
- good communication skills

- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fast-service foods
- handle customer requests as cashier or order taker
- monitor holding times of cooked and prepared foods
- assist in maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness
- wash trays, pans, racks, and kitchen equipment
- clean walls, tables, seating, mop floors, clean restrooms, and pick up trash
- dismantle and sanitize cooking equipment
- climb stepladder to clean hood filters
- empty fry vats to filter or discard oil
- scrub and degrease floors
