Job Requirements

  • Responsible for restaurant operations including labor, inventory variance, guest survey, speed of service during assigned shifts including opening and closing
  • delegate tasks to encourage teamwork and ensure compliance with company standards
  • motivate team members to exceed guest expectations with food and friendly service in clean surroundings
  • report violations of safety, sanitation, security, and company policies immediately and perform short-term solutions
  • complete checklists and procedures for cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling during shift
  • prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • pass the company background process
  • able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • no visible tattoos on the head, neck or face above the uniform and no offensive tattoos
  • may perform essential functions and duties listed in the restaurant manager job description

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • demonstrates leadership skills
  • good oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional personal appearance
  • ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • ability to use computer and calculator
  • willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • ability to resolve guest issues with tact
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • must obtain health certification within 60 days and a valid state-approved Seller/Server Certification within 90 days

Job Duties

  • Interact with customers to receive orders and process payments
  • respond appropriately to customer issues
  • prepare food products as ordered by customers
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment including restrooms, building exterior, parking lot, dumpsters, sidewalk, kitchen and dining room
  • unload and stock supplies as required
  • operate cash register or point of sale terminal as needed
