Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- ability to reach and move items from six feet high to six inches off the ground
- ability to control and use equipment safely and correctly such as sheeter machine, vertical cutting mixer (18 years or over for operating), sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan grippers, spatula, pizza and dough cutter, knives, can opener, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, cash register
- ability to work outside holding a sign (shakerboard) if 18 years or older
- ability to apply pressure to cut and clean products
- ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory items
- ability to communicate through reading, speaking, hearing, writing
- ability to understand directions, instructions and product specifications
- ability to process and complete customer orders
