Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must pass a national sex offender registry screening
Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines
Ability to stand for extended periods
Previous experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic math skills
Must be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties

Receive orders, process sales and cash, and manage customer issues
Prepare and maintain good quality of products
Monitor all service equipment
Fully participate in delivering to every guest a WOW experience
Work according to schedule and availability
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
