Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to participate in employee screening against the national sex offender registry
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills required for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in crew member, customer service, fast food, new store opening, back of house, cashier, or barista roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Receive orders, process sales and cash, and manage customer issues
- Prepare and maintain good quality of products
- Monitor all service equipment
- Fully participate in delivering to every guest a WOW experience
- Support team members to achieve operational goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
