Job Duties
- meet & greet guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance
- help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, & trust
- support manager and team as needed
- learn different positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru (if applicable), salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness
- act as the friendly face of Panera while taking orders and assisting customers
- assemble menu items quickly, correctly, and consistently
- maintain commitment to health and food safety
