Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • able to stand/walk a minimum of 3 hours or as needed
  • able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment
  • able to manage potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
  • willing to work flexible schedules

  • able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • knowledge of food safety and allergen management is a plus
  • ability to use knife skills
  • willingness to obtain food safety certification if required
  • customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Work multiple stations as directed by a shift leader or manager
  • comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
  • restock food line, chips and cooler
  • prepare quality finished products efficiently
  • use the automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
  • clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils
  • take out trash
  • operate cash register
  • handle and balance cash according to procedures
  • effectively handle customer complaints and issues
  • take delivery, catering, and pickup orders over the phone
  • perform other duties as assigned
