Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- capacity to stand or walk for at least 3 hours
- ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- communication skills
- willingness to complete food safety certification for Illinois employees within 30 days
- ability to manage allergens
- availability to perform multiple station duties
- pass all eligibility requirements if hired

Job Duties
- work multiple stations such as load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, and front as directed by a shift leader or manager
- comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety
- restock food line, chips, and cooler
- prepare quality finished products including sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, and ice cream efficiently
- use the automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
- clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and utensils
- take out trash
- operate cash register and handle, balance, and follow all cash handling procedures
- effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- take delivery, catering, and pickup orders over the phone
- perform other duties as assigned
