Job Duties

  • Works at any station to prepare and serve quality fast-service foods
  • Transports boxes of hamburger and sandwich ingredients from storage to stations
  • Prepares broiled sandwiches by placing patties and buns on conveyor
  • Applies condiments and builds sandwiches according to orders
  • Wraps and labels finished sandwiches
  • Manages frying station including oil levels, cooking timing, and food preparation
  • Prepares specialty menu items such as chicken tenders and dessert pies
  • Assists as expeditor by assembling orders and notifying shortages
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitizes kitchen equipment
  • Performs closing duties including dismantling and cleaning equipment
  • Cleans hoods and ventilators, filters cooking oil, and cleans floors
  • Assists in overall kitchen order and cleanliness when not assigned to specific stations
